Here at A.D.P.T we cater for all levels of fitness. It doesn't matter if you have never stepped foot in a gym before or if you have years of experience we have the plan for you. During my time working as a trainer I have worked with a number of different client groups ranging from 12 year old boys and girls, to athletes in their 20s to 80+ year old men and women. We pride ourselves in providing a beneficial exercise programme regardless of the client's capabilities or experience levels.


I personally have been playing or been involved in sports for as long as I can remember be it playing Gaelic Football, Soccer or just out running the roads in my local area. I was first introduced into the gym/resistance training whilst doing boxing at the age of 14 and have loved it ever since. The gym has been vital for me when it comes to my personal sporting life, helping prevent me from serious injury so I can take part in 10k runs, Du-athlons and hopefully Marathons and Ironmans in the future (who knows).


This love of exercise and being active is something that has helped me greatly in life both physically and mentally and this is something that I want to pass onto anyone that works with A.D.P.T. This in turn will help people to live a healthier, happier, lifestyle and at the end of the day that's the main goal.
