Here at A.D.P.T we have years of experience coaching acorss 2 continents. I have been working as a trainer for 5+ years in both Canada and Ireland. In this time I have helped people hit goals in relation to fat loss, strength gain, increasing muscle mass, improved sport performance and improving confidence to name afew.

Exercise is not a one size fits all approach. To help our clients stay consistent we make sure that whilst they are working hard regularly in the gym they are also enjoying each and every session. So many trainers get obsessive over exercises/movements and do not take clients indivuallity into account which can result in clients not enjoying their sessions and dropping off. This is something that we make sure we avoid and make sure to include movents that each person enjoys and can do to the best of their capability.
